TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS

• BUST: measure around fullest part
• NATURAL WAIST: bend from side to side to determine waistline - measure around smallest part
• LOW WAIST: measure 1" below belly button
• HIP: measure around the fullest part of the hip
• RISE: measure from low waist to crotch front and then back
• INSEAM: have someone measure from crotch to floor in the shoes you would normally wear with your uniform

At Glo Apparel we make most of our product to order, this allows us to give our customer many styles, and colours to choose from. We also offer the custom hemming. You will receive a Canada Post Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Thank you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Products may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receiving them.
After 14 days and up to 30 days products may be returned for credit only.

Products must be in original packaging unwashed and unworn. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, with a written statement stating what exchange or return you would like to do.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. We recommend using Canada Post, to receive the best rate. As well as insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damage packages.

OUR FABRIC

• Stretch Rayon/Polyester/Spandex blend - it stretches like an knit but has the stability of a woven 
• Due to the dyeing process of our fabric every colour shrinks at a slightly different rate. Rather than send our garments out unwashed leaving the customer to deal with shrinkage, we wash all our garments. We do our best to ensure when you receive our product that the fit is consistent.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash on low-med temperature
• Hang to dry and then machine dry for approx. 5-10 minutes
• Touch up with iron (synthetic temperature)
• Wash separately as there may be some bleeding or colour transfer of dark colours
