At Glo Apparel we make most of our product to order, this allows us to give our customer many styles, and colours to choose from. We also offer the custom hemming. You will receive a Canada Post Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Thank you.

Shipping is based on Canada Post Business Rates.

• ACROSS CANADA: Expedited Shipping - $13
• US: Xpresspost - $25
• INTERNATIONAL: International Air - $47

RETURNS & REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Products may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receiving them.
After 14 days and up to 30 days products may be returned for credit only.

Products must be in original packaging unwashed and unworn. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, with a written statement stating what exchange or return you would like to do.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. We recommend using Canada Post, to receive the best rate. As well as insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
